Even in the situation that I am facing now I do not face it alone. God who makes everything for my good has used situations bad to bring me to the end of myself in terms of friendship. It is no longer I but the people around me. They can hate me, curse me, swear at me, see me as a bad egg or whatsoever but know this I am above all that and yes sometimes in the deepest of the nights I do get affected but somehow they dun bother me much anymore. Christ is above my circumstances. If we live in the past, I would be like super bitter for the things that have been done to me and even now this very moment knowing how they see me. In the future I would be super hurt for the things that people would do to hurt me again and again-all those fiery darts that the shield of the water has quenched at the cross. I choose to live in the present where I dare to love and give as God did and even now the PRESENT is the abundant life that God promises. Know that Jesus on the cross had a broken heart. I'm sure it is for us broken hearted by the disappointments in life. God saw, God knew, God did and God gave. Our hearts cannot be broken by another person only by ourselves as we are the ones to allow the brokeness come in, as how can one break a heart that is made whole eternally by the work at the cross, the finished work mind u.

Today I asked God to show me my calling but Pastor Prince today prophesized over Angie. I was so overwhelmed by His love for her and I know that He will definitely show me my calling in His own ways during the service. Pastor started preaching about marriages and I was like.. umm is that my calling.. yes I do understand I wanna get married but not as that calling calling, u know what I mean. Yes then during the whole sermon something just started building up and finally escalated especially when Pastor took out Isiah 61 as Isiah is my personal fave part of the bible. Somehow I knew my calling was attached to that verse as He had shown in the Word--------

The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me, because the Lord has annointed and qualified me to preach the Gospel of good tidings to the meek (people who dun dare to speak for themselves and fight for their rights), the poor (people will little material possessions, small hearts and such poorness in spirit), and afflicted (by diseases, bondages, suffering, pain); He has sent me to bind up and heal the broken hearted (notice not the sick but the broken hearted so it also goes to show that healing their broken hearts will dissolve all pains and sicknesses), to proclaim liberty to the captives (people under bondages, usually mental oppression and depression) and the opening of the prison (of sin to live in the prison of grace) and of the eyes of those who are bound (open to see God in a good light),

To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord [the year of His favour on us] and the day of vengeance of our God, to comfort those who mourn,

To grant [consolation anf joy] to those who morn in Zion-- to give them an ornament (a garland or diadem, crown ) of beauty instead of ashes (from where man came from), the oil of joy instead of mourning, the garment [expressive] of praise instead of a heavy, burdened, and failing spirit-- that they may (confirm) be called oaks of righteousness [lofty, strong and magnificent, distinguised for uprightness, justice and right standing with God], the planting of the Lord that He may be glorified-- the more we praise the more glorified God becomes and also the more established we are as oaks of righteousness.

And they shall rebuild the ancient ruins; they shall raise former desolations and renew the ruined cities, the devestations of many generations-- what was lost in the body of Christ would be restored in this generation!

Aliens (strangers or people we are not familiar wit) shall stand [ready] and feed your flock and foreigners shall be your plowmen and your vinedressers-- what God is literally saying here is that we are the generation in the promised land as we enjoy the blessings while others do the work.

But you shall be called the priests of the Lord; people will speak of you as ministers of our God. You shall eat the wealth of the nations, and the glory [once that of your captors] shall be yours.-- Priests eat of the best of the offerings made by the nations as in the old covenant so even more so now in our grace covenant.

Instead of your [former] shame you shall have a twofold recompense; instead of dishonour and reproach [your people] shall rejoice in their portions. Therefore in their land they shall possess double [what they had forfaited]; everlasting joy shall be theirs-- this is personally between me and God as I asked Him for a double portions of Pastor Prince's annointing just like in the story of Elijah and Elisha.

For I the Lord love justice; I hate robbery and wrong with violence or a burnt offering. And I will faithfully give them their recompense in truth, and I will make an everlasting covenant or league with them.

And their offspring shall be known among the nations and their descendants among the peoples. All who see them [in their prosperity] will recognize and acknowledge that they are the people whom the Lord has blessed-- head turning testimonies!

I will rejoice in the Lord, my soul will exult in my God; for He has clothed me with the garments of salvation, He has covered me with the robes of righteousness, as a bridegroom decks himself with a garland, and as a bride adorns herself with her jewels.-- Cherry...Daddy has already confirmed your calling in singing as even in this verse that you so love, you adorning yourself with jewels literally means to praise God which means to worship Him u ben dan! He even prophesized in the bible... what more do you wan for affirmation?!!!

For as [surely as] the earth brings forth its shoots, and as a garden causes what is sown in it to sping forth, so [surely] the Lord God will cause righteousness and justice and praise to spring forth before all the nations [through the self-fufilling power of His Word- Jesus Christ!]
